Very disappointing! Food is below average. The Chinese was the best bit but I still had better elsewhere. The curries were not nice at all. The carvery meat was very dry and overcooked. Some of the deserts were still frozen in the middle! However the ice cream was nice but unlike other buffets there was no toppings for the ice cream. No cutlery station either so was constantly waiting around for waiters to bring fresh cutlery and napkins. Prices of the drinks were average but the options for the bottomless drinks were disappointing. The price for the food was not worth the money as the quality was very poor. Poor dish quality/ variety , food very salty, lamb dishes were made with chilli( very uncommon/untraditional) pork belly very fatty due to be uncooked.Very expensive £21.99 Saturday and a £3.99 bottomless bringing a £25.98 total price let adult, in my opinion it’s not worth at all, as the food quality is poor, not many variety too, desserts could be in house made and be more flavourful, but instead it’s a cheap industrialised ones, the only good thing was the ice cream machine and jelly, however cheap quality ice cream mix( I’d recommend using ( Comelle Ice Cream Mix 🍦 ) as it’s flavoursome.Teppanyaki tasteless, only 2 dishes allowed and 4 pieces of small prawn, they didn’t had available calamari.Would I return ? NO!Comparing to Bon Pan at Dudley, you can get a much better food quality and price.

Plenty of staff going around to collect plates too and they were all so friendly. All the food tasted great and everyone enjoyed…. BUT, the following day all of us were on the toilet 6/7/8+ times with very bad stomachs. So at the time we thought it was amazing and wanted to go back again, but the following day changed our minds completely.

I recently visited the restaurant on 23rd March with some friends and was not very satisfied. Firstly some of the dishes were either barely warm or cold.Secondly my friend and I both ordered a pot of green tea and paid for them separately. One pot of tea was delivered to the table for the two of us and we were told we could have a refill. The pot only had 1 tea bag in which when refilled was just water, the teabag wasn't renewed either. This was NOT what we paid for, we should have had 2 pots both of which should have had at least half a pot of water.We travelled for over an hour to get to the restaurant only to be very disappointed. Won't be back anytime soon. Do not recommend.

Service was fine, no issue at all. I wouldn't say there's much variety of food & there wasn't certain food that was shown on the website. Got to dessert & there was a fly in one of my cake slices but the rest of food was fine & the staff took the cake that had the fly in off the shelf. Went up to get more food & one of the staff members cleared my table, although did replace what was taken off the table. Inside looks nice but I'd say needs more variety than just what is offered with the food.

Variety of food in one place. Chinese food is top-notch. The dining places are fine dining and clean. The best thing about this place is the service. Everyone is friendly and wonderful. The price is also affordable. I had a good time there.

We had a girly catch up with a friend after a spot of shopping and it was a lot of fun. All you can eat sushi is my dream come true so I was a very happy bunny, everything I tried was lovely. All topped off with some soft serve ice cream and a few cola bottles! Or wait staff were fabulous especially Raj who let us sit and chat after our meal without pressure to leave at the allotted time.

Shiny new buffet restaurant right in the city centre, serving food from all categories: Pizza, Roast, Chinese, Indian, Sushi, and ranges of dessert.Service could be better, we have to wait for nearly half an hour only to get served and be able to pay. People coming after us sitting right next to us somehow get served first. It looks like there's only one person taking payment with a card machine that wasn't fully working - which took 4 attempts to successfully register my payment.Can get pretty busy and crowded at peak time so reservation is recommended, but food tends to run out faster than they can be replenished and the tepanyyaki counter has a long queue. Once you manage to get the food they are pretty ok, typical of what you would expect in a buffer restaurant.The real good thing is the restaurant is new, beautifully decorated and clean.

Visited this place numerous times. Great place for family. Their manager is super nice and great person. Lots of food options for everyone. Great bar. And they have offers for NHS discount
